What is Les Mills?
Originally, Les Mills is a New Zealand athlete competing in four Olympic Games in the disciplines of shot put, discus and weightlifting. He created a first club in Auckland (New Zealand) which will then give birth to Les Mills in the 1980s.
Today, this company develops group lessons on a musical background with the help of international fitness experts, under the medical supervision of the University of Medicine of Auckland. Les Mills has become a label (or brand) of sports classes.
More than 15,000 clubs in more than 80 countries, including UAE, offer Les Mills courses. Gym is the most common place to practice.

By working the deep muscles CXWORX ™ is the essential ingredient for a stronger body. A more toned lap belt makes you better – in everyday life and in your favorite sport – it’s the cement that keeps the body going.
All CXWORX movements have options, so that it is challenging but accessible at all levels. During the 30-minute training, instructors will guide you through exercises with elastics and weights, as well as exercises such as crunches (abdominal) and board. You will also work your hips, glutes and lower back.
During a BODYSTEP Athletic class, you will combine classic step with movements such as burpees, pumps and exercises with weights to work the upper body.
