A refund can only be accepted if it is validated by the partner from whom the purchase was made.
In this single case the refund will be made at the amount paid by the buyer to which our reseller fees will be subtracted.
These fees are 15% of the amount paid.
The refund will therefore be equal to 85% of the amount paid by the buyer.
The normal reimbursement time can take up to 30 days and will be made on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
