Victoria and David Beckham, the celebrity couple,  are super interested in strength training these days. Recently, they have dropped a new video on Instagram giving their followers a full-on couples strength fitness challenge.

Victoria, the 48-year-old designer, and former Spice Girl has been serious about her fitness for a long time and recently began incorporating more strength training into her routines. In a recent interview, she said that You have to be kind to your body if you expect a lot from it.

Let The Game Begin

David Beckham, the retired soccer legend, recently dropped a video of the challenge on Instagram, and it looks surprisingly fun. In this video, you can see Victoria and David planking while facing each other. Bobby Rich, their fitness coach, is also there as a referee to judge this funniest strength challenge.

What Was The Challenge?

The challenge was to hit the maximum lighted button placed in between the couple. The couple races to tap the buttons as they light up while staying in plank positions. Obviously, for this challenge, you should show serious core strength.

What Was The couple’s Score?

Bobby Rich has been keeping score on his phone throughout the challenge. The result was impressive as the celebrity couple hit 47 percent of the buttons that lit up. It showed both have been in the strength workout for some time.

How Did Victoria Become So Strong?

Victoria, a 48-year-old designer and former Spice Girl, has been in an intense workout since 2017 when she used to start her day with a three-mile run. Indoor cycling was her favorite sport before she met David. Further, she has been doing dance-based workouts with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson.

But these days, Victoria focuses less on intense cardio and more on incorporating strength training into her routines. She is now lifting weights five or six days weekly with David and their personal trainer.

Is Victoria A Quality Food Conscious?

Victoria also eats a really healthy and nutritious diet. She eats three or four avocados a day to help keep her skin healthy. She also likes to start her day with a “green monster” smoothie, a mix of chopped apple, kiwi, lemon, spinach, broccoli, and chia seeds. Victoria also generally skips cheese and milk to avoid fat formation in her body.
