Al Qudra Cycle Track
Al Qudra cycle track is a popular destination for adventure seekers and fitness enthusiasts in Dubai. The track has 2 routes for short (18km) and long (50 km) distance riding.
It is surrounded by picturesque desert landscapes and lake Al Quadra. Bike clubs and professional cyclists train here, and tourists just ride for fun. The best time to cycle here is at sunrise. Away from the city noises, you will enjoy a superb view, morning vibes and lakeside views with wild flamingos.

Nad Al Sheba Cycle Park
Cyclists love this track for its convenience and stunning views of the city center and Burj Khalifa. There are three tracks in the park – 4 km, 6 km and 8 km long.
The park has all the amenities including lockers, changing rooms and showers.
Street lighting allows riding here even at night. There is also a children’s track with road signs, speed bumps and roundabouts at the park. Here, parents can introduce young cyclists to the rules of safe traffic.
Mushrif National Park
Situated among a picturesque forest this track is designed to provide a wild ride for cyclists and to enjoy some tranquility.
Indoor cycling is pretty popular among fitness lovers but track cycling provides you the chance to discover the city from a new prospective.
The track starts from the main gate of the park and ends at the same point. It has three quick-return lanes for those who get tired. There are multiple trails. The green one is simple and easy and suits beginner cyclists. Blue trail is suitable for intermediate cyclists and mountain bikers with basic skills. Red is a tougher trail for highly skilled bikers, while the Black run is the toughest test going, reserved for expert cyclists.
The park has an entrance fee of 10 AED and its open till 11:00 pm
Phase one of the track stretches for 20 km a further 30 km is on the cards for phase two.
Meydan Track
This is a new 8.4 km cycle track which opened near Meydan in Dubai.
The track is both a cycling and running track sheltered by tree-lined avenues and lit at night by solar-powered lights which makes it easier to ride here even at night.
Whether it’s a morning run, an evening jog, or a quiet midnight stroll, you’ll always find yourself in the perfect setting here.
Dubai Autodrome
The 2.5 km track of the Dubai Autodrome is ideal for beginners and those who have decided to ride a bike after a long break. Although this autodrome is developed explicitly for motorbikes, inside there is a special track for cyclists and runners.
The company Safe Cycling Dubai is situated here, which helps cyclists train in a safe environment.
If you don’t have a bike, you can rent one at the Dubai Autodrome. Riding is only allowed with a helmet.
Al Warqa’a Jogging and Cycling Track

Jumeirah Beach cycling track
This is a 16 km cycling track alongside Jumeirah Beach, one of the most beautiful and popular spots in Dubai. This is the best recreational riding that you can experience in Dubai.
The track has a width of four meters, stretching alongside Jumeirah Beach, running parallel to existing jogging and walking tracks.
If you are looking for shorter and more relaxing cycling tracks, then the Jumeirah track is ideal for you. You will enjoy the breeze coming from the ocean and the wonderful views of Burj Al Arab while riding.
There is also a bath at the beach which the cyclists can use after the ride.
Hatta Mountain Biking Track
Hatta Mountain Bike Trail Centre is a good place for cyclists who want to see the beautiful mountainous region of Hatta.
The track is 53 km long and it has four trail levels for cyclers of different experience and skill levels. The trails are open 24 hours a day and are completely free to use.
You can also continue your cycling adventure you can stay overnight at Hatta Trail Camp. You can hire bikes if you do not have your own.
