Free Yoga class at Expo 2020 – Dubai

“Namaste!” – this is how you soon will be greeted at Expo 2020 mesmerizing Water Feature.

Outdoor yoga workout is back. We are launching a series of free yoga classes for ladies. Everyone will be able to unblock their chakras, learn asanas and feel a surge of energy and power in front of  Expo 2020 Water Feature. Being one of the most breathtaking attractions it combines the elements of water, earth and fire, where giant sheets of water tumble down 13-metre-high vertical walls.

Everyone who wants to improve their physical health and mood with the help of special exercises are welcome.

Classes are led by certified instructor Zeina Assaf from November 9. They consist of strength and relaxation asanas, breathing practices and meditation exercises and are designed for all, irrespective of level of physical fitness.

Workouts are organized each week – on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays from 9.30am to 10.30am. Classes are held free of charge for ladies who have a valid Expo 2020 ticket. Just dress comfortably and take a mat with you, as well as make an appointment in advance using the Glofox app.
