Asylum Fitness Gym – RAK

In a life packed with challenges, we believe in seeking strength in the deepest dormant parts of ourselves to overcome any obstacle. We believe every person is equipped with what it takes to achieve their ultimate potential; mind and body– that’s all you need!

Asylum gym comprises of four main sections: a spacious Crossfit box, a moderate-sized machine and free weights section, an absolute FUN-tastic OCR section, and a private ladies section. The facility also accommodates a small (but AH-MAZING!) coffee shop for pre and post-workout drinks. .

Another notable facility at the gym is our outdoor assault course that holds a variety of OCR obstacles, as well as ladies and gents changing rooms.

OCR equipment/ obstacles: Twister, Monkey bar, Climbing Ropes, Vertical Wall, Spinning Monkey bar, Spears and Spear Throw Target, Truck Tyres, and of course, our signature: Asylum Under and Asylum Tyreness Monster.

Crossfit Equipment: Assault Bikes, Assault Runner, Rowers, SkiErgs, Rigs, Rings, Ropes, Plates, DBs, KBs, BBs, and much more!
