My name is Ivan, I am 36 years old, and I have a Master’s Degree in Sports and Physical Education, and soon a PhD. in the field of movement science.
My Experience
I have more than ten years of experience in conducting specific exercise programs for pain management and recovery of the lower back, knee, and shoulder injuries, as well as being a strength and conditioning coach in recreation and sports.
I worked for 9 years at Sports Academy as a skills teacher, and in my coaching career, I worked with Judo, Karate, and Volleyball gold medalists on national and European levels.
My Passion
My passion is studying and researching different training and exercising methods, like Yoga, Pilates, Calisthenics, Neuromuscular training, and Martial Arts, so be ready for dynamic and fun training where you will expand your body and movement awareness.
