I am a highly experienced bodybuilding and fitness trainer with over 20 years experience having trained over a thousand students, personal and group training combined.
I help my students achieve goals by understanding their needs and creating a personalised workout and nutrition plan. Yet, the real magic lies in the motivation and extra push I provide you that can help you achieve any goal in life!
Personal training is not just a career for me. It’s my TRUE PASSION. I’ve become highly interested in bodybuilding and fitness since a very young age and throughout my career I’ve been a part of numerous competitions and won several awards and certifications.
