Welcome to Yoga La Vie
The Palm Jumeirah’s premier studio that offers Pilates, Barre and Yoga instruction for both men and women.
Opening its doors at the Palm Jumeirah’s Galleria Mall, Yoga La Vie seeks to establish a new standard for high-quality fitness in the Emirates. The studio was created out of a desire to provide more effective, thoughtful, and intelligent Pilates and Yoga training, all set in a chic and warm environment.
Yoga La Vie is owned by a UAE resident and is proudly committed to our clients, treating and paying our staff and instructors exceptionally well, and to the betterment of our community & environment.

At Yoga La Vie We Believe In:
We believe in proven training methods, rather than a “fad fitness” mentality. At Yoga La Vie we focus on anatomy, physiology and functional movement principles to effectively create balanced strength, proper alignment, increase flexibility and lean bodies.
At Yoga La Vie Dubai we offer class sizes that are comfortable and convenient for all clients to enjoy. This ensures that our classes are not only safe, but more effective. We value personal, non-intimidating experiences, with instructors easily being able to correct and maintain good form for each individual in class.
Yoga La Vie Dubai only hires instructors who have several years of experience working with individuals with a wide variety of needs – including those with mild to severe injuries and movement disabilities. All of our instructors have also been certified through extensive, highly respected, PMA and Yoga Alliance accredited certification programs.
Yoga La Vie is a clean, functional and chic environment where you can get more out of your workout. With the importance of physical fitness in our everyday lives, we believe that a studio should be beautiful and convenient, with extra amenities such as lockers and a towel service. We are truly passionate about cultivating this positive environment within our studio, classes, and sessions.
