Our philosophy as a team is to deliver exercise in a way that optimizes our client’s daily life. As suggested in our name, we opt for the most functional training methods within our different services.
STYKU Gym’s Speciality
STYKU is a revolutionary 3D body scanner that can take measurements from 28 different points on the body and predict body fat and muscle mass. As an FTG member, you’ll be able to track and assess your progress regularly using our STYKU machine, giving your more accurate and more results you’ll be able to recognize.
