The Body Balance

Undoubtedly the most zen course of the Les Mills concepts, the Body Balance combines yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.

With this activity, you do not target energy expenditure (it burns 390 kcal on average). This gentle gymnastics gently strengthen the deep muscles but also improves the posture and stature of the trunk.
