What is an Air Bike

Air resistance bikes or Air Bikes, whether they are elliptical or stationary, allow you to increase the volume of your workouts without exposing yourself to overloads.

Exercising on an Air Bike will reduce joint impact, and it’s a new and interesting option for a return to training after a long break or injury. An Air Bike will allow you to perform regenerative work and accelerate muscle recovery.

This type of machine can be very beneficial for avid runners, especially if they want to increase the volume of the workouts in a given time without exposing themselves to injuries because of overloads.

Benefits of having an Air Bike in your routine

Before listing the benefits, I think it’s fair to explain how Air Bike works. Made like every other bike for working out, except that they have a fan in the front part where a wheel should be, and what this fan does is create wind resistance the more that you pedal, meaning that every second you spend there it gets more and more difficult to pedal.

Including this type of machine in your training plan can be very positive for muscle increase, especially in the lower part of your movie, since that’s what you’re using to push harder through the air resistance while also helping sculpt your abdominal area.

Progression
