What is TRX ?

Invented by the US Special Forces, TRX is a new suspension training system accessible to all, whatever your age and fitness. This course will allow you to work all the muscles of your body and will give you spectacular results.

For more than a decade now, the TRX (Total Resistance eXercise) is an indispensable tool for professionals or fitness and bodybuilding enthusiasts. His goal: to carry out a multitude of exercises to muscle without needing a lot of material. Frequently used by our sports coaches for their home sports sessions, let’s see what lies behind these 3 letters.

Performing exercises in suspension improves the balance and strengthens our deep muscles. These muscles will help maintain a good placement while maintaining optimal joint alignment during the exercise. The TRX thus permanently solicits the abdominal and lumbar parts, allowing a real work of cladding during the execution of most movements.

Performing exercises with only the weight of the body is much less traumatic for muscles and joints than conventional bodybuilding. As a result, there is less risk of injury (including muscle tears).

Benefits of TRX

The TRX allows training much more functional than weight training. With the TRX, we will work a group of muscle groups by performing movements that are similar to movements in our daily lives or that we realize during a specific sport (the draw for example, as windsurfing).
